Delivery Time

Orders are generally dispatched through our home delivery service and are expected to arrive within 3–5 business days from the date the order is confirmed.

Deliveries are processed throughout the week, excluding official public holidays, Eid holidays and other applicable national holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, high order volumes, weather conditions, public holidays or remote delivery locations.

Home Delivery

Our courier service operates on a door-to-door basis in most locations.

In certain remote areas or locations where an address cannot be reached directly by the courier, door-to-door delivery may not be available.

In such cases, the courier or Ounarya customer care team may contact the customer to arrange the most suitable delivery option.

Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is available and selected as the payment method, an additional AED 5 service fee will apply to the order.

Cash on Delivery availability may depend on the customer’s location and the delivery service available for that order.
